There is something special about London, a sense of permanence, the history. The way they have blended buildings like the Shard and London Tower in a way that still feels harmonious. I like the juxtaposition of old and new; and the way her attitude simply says, “I am”, like me or don’t. As for me, I fell in love with this grande dame of cities the first day I was there.
So this list is focusing on major landmarks, no hotels, just unique and famous locations throughout the city.
To get married in England (different rules apply to the rest of the UK), you must apply for a Marriage Visitor Visa. It must be done no more than 90 days prior to your wedding.
If you’re looking for group bookings, contact to me and I’ll work with my contacts to put together an amazing package for you.
As for the time of year to go, well summer is your best bet. Though the weather in England/UK is unpredictable at best. You are probably safe to plan an outdoor event during the summer, however, there are no guarantees that it won’t randomly rain!

Standing in this breathtaking room is something I’ll never forget. I remember thinking even then (years ago) that this would be the most magnificent room to get married in. So it’s no wonder that I’m adding it to the list. It was built by King Charles I, specifically for entertaining in 1622.
Your families and guests arrive via the elegant entry hall, and follow in the footsteps of kings and queens, climbing the grand staircase to the majesty of the Main Hall.
