Discovery: A Simple Conversation

It all starts with a phone call. You’ll have some questions for me and I’ll have some questions for you. I promise, this is NOT a sales call. It’s more like a strategy session for the trip of your dreams. In the end, we’ll both know if we’re the right fit for each other, and want to continue planning your trip together.

If after our initial conversation we want to continue planning your next big adventure, the planning fee starts from: $250 for 1 to 4 people. Larger groups $375.

Review: All Your Options

I’ll get to work utilizing our pool of resources, knowledge and experience and will reach out to our close contacts around the world. Then I’ll present you with some options that match our discussion. After that, you review these ideas and give me your feedback.

Collaborate: To Make it Just Right

Maybe the options provided are perfect or maybe they need some refinement, maybe you’ve discovered something that you want to add. Whatever your reasons, I encourage you to request adjustments to the options, make suggestions or give me the go ahead. Give me as much or as little input as you wish.  The choice is all yours, this is your trip!
