The last time I was in California I finally got myself to Monterey and Carmel-by-the-Sea. It’s always been on the list, so this time I made a point of getting there (it’s a 4-5 hour or 200 mile drive from my cousins, so not exactly convenient). They are both beautiful small communities and make me want to go back; so now I finally get why people love this part of the California coastline. Classic California – Monterey & Carmel – A 2 day tour



Well, it’s officially Fall here in Victoria, it’s sunny today, but we’ve had major winds the last 24 hours, ferries were cancelled, power was lost by some, and trees/branches everywhere.
