35 Memorable Activities to do in Hawaii

So you got there, the sun is warm, the beach is amazing…but seriously how much time can you spend doing that with friends and family in tow. Or if you’re like me, as a solo traveller. I’m all for getting a tan, but the older I get the shorter my patience for sun worship. To keep your group moving, here are things you can DO while in Hawaii, no matter what Island you’re on, so unless it’s specific to that Island (and I’ll mention that), it can be assumed that whether you’re on the Big Island, Maui, Oahu or Kauai…

10 Beautiful Hotels & Venues – The Big Island, Hawaii

And now for the Big Island. As the youngest (and still growing) island in the chain, the island of Hawaii has the most ecological diversity of all the Islands. Peak season is December and spring break. Having spent a week on the Big Island, I can see why people like it, however, the weather was brutal on most of the Island during my week. 2/3rds of the Island had severe flash flooding, the only dry spot was Kona. They are all beautiful in their own way, and only you can determine which one suits. I can tell you that Hawaii, regardless of your Island choice is spectacularly beautiful, with amazing temperatures year round. Just plan accordingly! Peak season is December and spring break. The weather is a bit riskier during the rainy season (meaning you may get rain, but…

10 Amazing Hotels & Venues – Oahu, Hawaii

10 Amazing Event Locations – Oahu, Hawaii

So let’s talk Hawaii, I’m going to start with Oahu as it’s the most popular and has the biggest city of all the Islands.  I had a mixed review experience when I went there. I loved how beautiful it is, I’m a city girl, so appreciated Honolulu, and love the fact that everyone is in flip flops, even when shopping in Fendi, you know what I mean!? And the temperatures are perfection. I could happily live with that all year round. Basically I love the tropics, however, it rained, a LOT, and I was there in late November/early December for…
